Long Term Care - provides 24/7 nursing and personal care services to residents that are needing more care than what they are able to receive living at home or in assisted living. Memory Care
Secured - Within our Long Term Care, we also offer secured memory care. This level of care provides a specialized, safe, and supportive environment to residents with Alzheimer's disease or other forms of dementia. The key features include a secured living space with alarmed exits and wander protection. We offer 24/7 supervision by dementia trained staff. We offer person centered care and activities that promote cognitive stimulation designed to maintain dignity and a sense of purpose.
In-Patient/Out-Patient Care
United Living Community offers inpatient and outpatient therapy. Therapies offered include Physical, Occupational, Speech, and Hydro Therapy. Therapies are know to increase quality of life, promote independence, and support confidence and motivation.
HydroWorx
• Helps decrease the time a patient spends in the nursing center, getting them home faster.
• Gives patients the ability to gain strength and mobility at a quicker rate.
• Allows patients to see progress and make great improvements within the rehabilitation process through the use of underwater cameras.
• Regardless of physical concerns, patients of all ages can experience benefits from water therapy through in-patient or out-patient therapy.
Uses include: arthritis fibromyalgia, chronic pain, neurological, neuromuscular, orthopedic, pediatric, sports medicine, weight loss, balance support, and stability training.
